As a PM, what can you expect from us?

Upon your initial problem, our company will come out to inspect and analyze your roof system and determine whether roof maintenance, retrofit or
complete replacement is required.

Our staff will then prepare a comprehensive roof specification and quotation outlining and detailing your roofing requirements. Our goal is to provide your building with the proper flat roof system that fits your property needs and budget.

Honesty is a keystone of our business. We act diligently and quickly to inform the client about workmanship and material warranties.

Our promise to you is to provide quality workmanship and technical support. Additionally, we will ensure staff our out to conduct yearly roof inspections and roof maintenance to insure a long lasting flat roof system.

You are working hard everyday and don't have the time or need to go up on the roof to see the progress in our work; therefore, we provide
on-site daily inspections and reports, as well as photos of ongoing jobs in progress.

Lastly, you can absolutely trust us as all of Northwestern Roofing's employees are insured and bonded.  All our employees are covered by WCB.
